Handling in part 1 :
- Albany Primo
- BF Surfer
- Canis Seminole
- Dinka Blista
- Obey Tailgater

Reworked by myself. All handling now fits the car perfectly.

I don't even have to look. The fact that you're stealing Silent's avatar for your Arabic forum profile and Wesser's avatar for your GTA-Modding profile is enough...

Plus, your timecyc modification is providing useless files, such as timecycp.dat which is unused.
