**Installation**
Step 1 :
Extract To gta Iv Directory (gta 4 Folder)
Step 2 :
Get Xlive.dll Or An ASI Loader And Extract To Directory
Step 3 :
Play And Make Movies !!

For those who don't know what is it, let me explain it!
Whenever you edit GTA IV videos (with in game editor) you can't move your camera too far from player. With this mod you can go any where you want.
