Added dynamic lighting cleo scripts and returned police helicopters light's.Fixed vehicles light's.
Added water alpha (opacity) and automatic water transparent script's.
Added HD particle system and timecyc.New sky colors,effect's and realtime shadow for cars and peds.
Added Reflection fix from rain.Added GTA IV Atmospheric sky lighting effect.Added Widescreen fix.Plus DirectX drawing plugin and Silent patch to improve stability on modern OS system's (Windows 7,8,10).
Added road reflection fixer.Added Cleo asi loader to loading the cleo script's.Added Widescreen fix,mod updater.(Automatic).
