Self-explanatoooryyy.
WARNING: I know these might not be just like in Alpha (except for the idle animation because that's obviously a leftover from the Alpha), but it's quite similar.
How-To-Install:
Just make sure to backup your original ped.ifp from GTA3/anims and replace with the ped.ifp from the III Alpha anims.zip.
(in the 4th picture, you can see Claude running with a gun with the same animation as the normal running aka. no-armed. That's because in the final, there's an animation when Claude runs with a 1-armed gun close to his... face, but in the Alpha/Beta version, this was not such thing, it only used the normal running animation.)
