A mod for fun, you can move while shooting with the most powerful weapons in the game greatly increasing the cadence, something you always wanted to do, but did not know.

okay.. actually you know I've been playing GTA 3 (since 2009), Vice City (since 2008), San Andreas (since 2006) for quite a long time but I always found that Vice City is the most difficult among those 3 to modify, it even don't support the mipmap as well as long as you enable it from your video card's settings.. San Andreas is the most easy one to modify and GTA 3 also but not Vice City.. kinda strange
