Bring classic GTA III into the modern era! This mod pack focuses on stability, mission reliability, and visual improvements while keeping the game true to its original feel.

Features
-Fully tested on RGL GTA III (version 1.0)
-Includes CLEO 2.1.1 for script stability
-SkyGFX included for enhanced visuals (optional tweaks possible)
-Optional mods are not included by default — experienced users can add them manually
Compatible with vanilla GTA III files and downgrade required
