1.Extract banshee.wft and banshee.wtd or rename the files to the car you want to replace
2.Use openiv or sparkiv to browse vehicles.img and replace the files, rebuild and save the archive.
3.Browse gta4/common/data and open the following files with text editor, replace the lines for the car you replace with these:
