Nice car. Looks like its detailed. (I havent downloaded it)
1: New York/ Liberty City use red and white lights on police vehicles. Blue is "illegal".
2: I want some of these (Caprice), but I hate that there is something that covers some of the rear wheels. That little detail makes me not download it. lol.
Otherwise it looks great!

Yea it does look nice and all lights work, but seems to be a few issues,
1. police computer inoperable, function not available
2. radio plays music instead of police communications
3. issue w/ livery, well atleast 1 of the paintjobs isnt very good, "police" on trunk runs into emblem & badging
So far these are the only things I found
