Texture mod for Star Junction & Subway.
To get the full experience, download Viva New York made by Emble first. Some ads shown in the video are from his mod and you need to download them first to make GTA IV look like in the video.
Full installation instructions in the Readme file.
Be sure to check my account for other boroughs. Whole map is completed.
Click on the second video to find a link for all-in-one whole Liberty City overhaul pack. I had to use mediafire for this one, because the file is too big for GTAinside.
