Personal Vehicle v1.3 by I'm Not MentaL

I'm suppose to not sharing this mod, but since it's highly requested so I just share it.
Description:
This mod brings GTAV Personal vehicle into GTAIV, so Niko, Luis and Johnny get to have their own Personal Vehicle.
Requirements:
- Script Hook & Asi Loader
- .NET Script Hook
- Visual C++ Redistributable Packages x64
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
Note: I only tested on GTAIV 1.0.7.0 & 1.2.0.32 & EFLC 1.1.2.0, might working on older version.
Changelogs:
v1.3
- Fixed startup crash.
- Your Personal vehicle will teleport near you when you finish a mission when it is far away.
- Other bugs fixes and improvements.
Install:
Extract, Drag and Drop 'PersonalVehicleIV.net.dll' into Scripts Folder.
Usage:
Press F11 to Save a vehicle as your Personal Vehicle.
Press Shift + J to Request your Personal Vehicle.
or enter 'requestPV' in the console.

Greetings,
I tried this version (1.3) but it simply crashes my game (1.0.7.0) - or script fails to load after opening the game; and of course when i try reloadscripts command for the console it still crashes.
for the 1.0 version, sometimes the scripts fail to load and barely the game crashes too. thing is such version (1.0) causes on-going FPS drops thus I can't play the game normally.
any idea for that?

edit2: i randomly loaded my game and the mod fucked up again. i tried to open the console and nothing. i tried pressing shift+j and nothing. i tried pressing f11 while in another car and still, nothing. i really love the mod, so please help me get rid of the problem i would be so grateful.

if you cannot save a vehicle at all:
you need to install the older version here: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/127271-personal-vehicle-iv/
because the 1.3 version doesn't create an ini file for some reason. then you need to save a vehicle as niko. after that, you can install the 1.3 version
if you cannot save a vehicle as johnny or luis:
you need to open the ini file in notepad++, copy everything under [Niko] and paste at the bottom, and then change it to [Johnny]. then paste it again and change it to [Luis]
