Texture mod transforming all the billboards in Alderney into 1988 ads.
Be sure to check my account for other boroughs. Whole map is completed.
Click on the second video to find a link for all-in-one whole Liberty City overhaul pack. I had to use mediafire for this one, because the file is too big for GTAinside.
