A update of my previous mod: http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/99693-improved-liberty-timecyc-sweetfx/

CHANGELOG:

-Modified sky colors of ExtraSunny, Sunny and Sunny-Windy.
-Added MotionBlur.
-Added DOF.
-Farclip lowed to 2500.

Remember that this mod is a modification of "Liberty Timecyc"

@USAS Thank you! To disable it, you have to download the previous version of my mod, find the file "visualsettings.dat" and replace it in the common / data folder, you must also restore the original gta 4 shaders (I assume you have backed up) in common / shaders folder.

Looks really nice! But can you please tell me how to get rid of the motionblur? It looks weird in cutscenes when charachters are in motion.

@mfrizki99 It's not a car pack, what I did was download some gta 5 cars manually! the cars I replaced are:
SuperGT - Gta 5 BulletGT
Coquette- GTA 5 Coquette
Karin Sultan- GTA 5 Karin Kuruma
