Haven't I seen that car before? I swear it's driven past us several times now.
Creepy Stalker is a mod with the goal of creeping out the playing by stalking.
The mod is converted from the GTA V edition to IV.

-Added 4 stalker types to give them more variations: saboteur, hitman, kidnapper and thief.
-Improved the stalking process.
-Improved spawning.
-Improved variarity.
-Improved stability and optimisation.
