Sorry for the very late reply
Well, I kind of forgot.. but you need to edit the DOWNLOADABLE_RINGTONES file.
you can find it thru OPENIV (I forgot the exact directory but it's ez to find)
you may also need this

just extract the downloadable ringtones file, open it with the audio editor and replace any trac k of your choice.
You might wanna look up a tutorial on how to edit songs with audacity to give them that old telephone filter(it's not native to IV sounds, sadly) so yeah it's kind of a tedious job but it's worth it! (make sure to get the same HZ as the other sounds or even a little bit more otherwise the song might be at very low volume) hope this helps..
