@Muhammad_Rizky17just open gta 4 files, but before u need open iv, after installing open iv, you will open the next file: grand theft auto iv/pc/cdimages/playerpedrpf, select open with: Open IV, later you need to click in the upper button with a shield icon: edit mode, click it, click yes, and later go to the new button that is a cross in green, now select in what file you extracted the archives, now after replaced close all files and open gta iv, and done, enjoy the fabulous mod
