NOTE
This patch required my basic version mod: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/skins/174410-jezzie-s-cops-security-overhaul/
Changes included in patch:
- improved Normal Map textures (adjusted to the new policeman badges);
- new head model for older cop;
- Security Men will be wears cap more often;
- 2 new voice types for white and latin cop.
