Officer Pulaski's model from GTA San Andreas ported to GTA IV by me
It retains the original weight painting from SA as I've renamed all the weights, so the model's movements are as loyal as possible to the original. Converted from its cutscene model, this is the highest quality Rockstar asset of Eddie avalaible.
- Features full in-game facial animations
- You can install this skin by replacing an existing ped in OpenIV
