Unfortunately, I unable to make the visor transparent and I don't have any clue how to do so I will update once I figure that out
Compatible Only With GTA 4 not EFLC

Installation
Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in Raiden rar
Also, the sword is included so to install just add the w bat files to weapon.img with spark iv or open iv
