SparkIV is a archive viewer/editor for IMG/RPF archive files used
in GTAIV.
This program is a public beta, so it may not function as expected.
Please ensure you make backups of all files you edit before you save.

- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
If you can't run SparkIV or if you are getting an error, download and install:

The latest version on his site or the Github site doesn't work with Complete Edition either. Even though it says it the patch notes that it supports it.
It doesn't even let you find the GTA4 executable. When you click on GTA4 in the app, it simply says this version is not supported. But how would it know if you haven't told it where it is yet?
Too bad since a lot of mods are packed in his format. Oh well. Time to move on.
