This is a program to simplify the ability of modding the vehicle colors in GTA IV. The vehicle colors specify which vehicles spawn using which colors as their paint job in-game.
Nice. But it had an error when you try to use it with EFLC carcols or if you add new vehicles and put the new car colors in the original file, doesn,t work
