Added smoke scripts.

Update 1.1:
Fixed dlc file conflicting with the lexington dlc file
now they shall battle on the LS ocean
Features:
-Cloth material flag (experimental)
-Custom vehicle layout
Allows player to teleport onto the driver seat whereever you are on the ship
-3 historical camo variants are included:
KMS Bismarck 1940
KMS Bismarck 1941
KMS Bismarck 1941 Baltic Camo
-Accurate size
-Accurate top speed
