Installation
Open 'OpenIV'
Go to your mods folder
Go to update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday3ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta 5 - vehicles.rpf
Enable edit mode (F6)
Drag and drop the files from the .rar file you downloaded in your OpenIV
