Hotrod flames liveries for the Brute Refuser by Monkeypolice188.
Installation:
1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/brute-refuser-tipper-based-trashmaster-add-on-replace-liveries-template
2: Extract the "trash3_sign_7.dds" and "trash3_sign_8.dds" files
3: Add them to "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\trash3\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\trash3.ytd" using OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled
