1. Replace "intruder" Files here:
Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. handling.meta:
Replace in Intruder section this line:
in
Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\handling.meta
3. Ingame, Spawn the car, using a Trainer
"intruder"
