Miami Mod by me. Unfortunately max spawn obj are 2045 so i couldn't make it more detailed, TWO ways to go to Miami, By and Air and Sea your call. Don't forget to unfreeze ramps. PLEASE read "Readme" in Files you won't regret it!:D
Download Menyoo and then drag and drop "Miami city" in Spooner.
INSTALL THESE NO MATTER WHAT:
