Before starting installing if you are new to modding then
First, download and install OpenIV:http://openiv.com/
And Install asi plugins from asi manager of OpenIV
Install everything in mods folder

Installation

1.Copy update,x64,common.rpf to mods folder

2.Install MVGA In Mods Folder

3.Install MVR In Mods Folder

4.Copy NVR_carols,NVR_emissive,NVR_textures from manual install of nvr/update/x64/dlcpacks to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

5.Install LA ROADS(Optional)
Copy LA_ROADS folder containing dlc to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

6. Now copy files from main files of nvr to game directory
Also, install enb of NVR

7.Install LA Vegetation in Mods folder

8.Install Scripthook,scripthookdotnet,trainer in game directory

9.Install gameconfig to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

That's all done

Don't install any optional addons from nvr except these ones
-Alternate Lens Flare Style
-Precise Thunder Bolts
-Hide Weapon Reticle and Damage Overlay
-Corona Modifier
