This mod to run with a maximum battle chaos you must also download this mod:

HOW TO INSTALL:
=========================
After finish downloading & extract the RAR files, Open folder "EXTREME CHAOS" and then
use OPENIV to replace all the files inside:

1). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data
2). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data\AI
3). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data\Effects\Peds
4). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data\Levels

AND ...

1). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data
2). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\AI
3). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\Effects\Peds
4). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\Levels\gta5
5). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\Levels\Stripped


FINISHED, Run the game.


DESCRIPTIONS:

VERSION v1.1:
=========================
1. Increasing 200% spawn peds & vehicles.
2. Increasing fire rate & 900 bullets for each peds.
3. All peds have machine guns to protect themself.
4. All peds always attacking police & army.
5. Peds will not harm or shoot you unless you shot them first.
6. All weapons for police & army has been change to heavy weapons.
