To activate the menu press F5 in game and navigate the menu with the numkeys.

Note: I will not stop adding teleports, it's just hassle at the moment with getting the coordinates as they're hard to get hold of without having to go and get yourself which means a lot of stopping and starting the game which is very time consuming.
