EFLC Characters Voice Pack

Preparing to make the half of all the necessary tools for the uncoming mod. Liberty City.

I always wanted to play as the EFLC characters, but I hated to play with them without their voices, but an idea got into my mind: ''Why would I wait to that mod to release when I can made it myself?.'' So, I read a few tutorials and made this mod. Making this wasn't easy at all, but I got through with it.

Nearly all of runner_01 and musclbeac_02_latino were replaced by Johnny and Luis, and there's the most unnecessary ones, but those doesn't affect the voice of the characters, so I don't think there should be any problems.

Works perfectly if you are making a movie with these characters

Installation is in the readme.

Changelog:
1.1: Changed location file of Luis's Voice, so when the cops chase you or another ped, his voice wouldn't be heard in the backgrund.
