Rule Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves! Britons never will be slaves!
Installation:
1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/mai-shiranui-king-of-fighter
2: Extract the "uppr_diff_001_c_pak.dds" texture
3: Using OpenIV, add it to "MaiT.ytd"
(N.B. You must enable Edit Mode. Also, the "MaiT.ytd" file is found in the "Kimono & Chinese Dress" folder in the Mai Shiranui .rar archive)
