just replace the files in
\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf\
in gane you can change the tattos in tattoo studio....
NEW..!!
1) NECK TATTOO (new) goes to,
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
2) i change positions from some tattoos
just replace the files in
\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf\
