How to earn points
Published Mod +20 points
Only approved and active mods count. Pending, disabled, or deleted mods are excluded.
Comment +1 point
Active comments on mod and news pages count. Deleted or deactivated comments are excluded.
Calculation: Published mods × 20 + active comments
Rank points update automatically after relevant activity. Stored rankings are also checked and rebuilt regularly.

A user has 3 published mods and 24 active comments.
3 × 20 + 24 = 84 rank points
With 84 points, the user receives the Heist Specialist rank.
Modding badges
Modder Badge
Awarded after publishing at least one approved and active mod. Pending, disabled, or deleted mods do not count.
Featured Modder Badge
Awarded when at least one approved and active mod is selected as Featured by GTAinside. It replaces the regular Modder Badge.
