A-10 Thunderbolt II of the Philippine Air Force's 16th Attack Squadron.
In an interesting bit of history, the PAF once considered acquiring these birds in the 1980's. The USAF never really saw it as a "fashionable" aircraft but its stellar performance in the Gulf War of 1991 changed all that. Meanwhile, the cash strapped Filipino government opted for the more cheaper and practical OV-10 instead.
