Added back setup file after crash was resolved.

Fix aircraft livery textures rendering.
the tail logo is a old design, not current version like you know.

Open Limit Adjuster
CLEO 4 (or lastest version)
Both ImVehFt and VehFuncs
Attention: you need to read "how to install mods.docx" before you can install this mods.
