@ThePUNISHaR Just search "Memory Fix GTA SA". It allows for a better memory scope that WILL NEVER EVER EVER let your buildings and roads disappear. You must have at least cleo 3 for this. Hope this helps

Why buildings and ground dissappear when i put some mods in san andreas?
