reflection update and some other improvements

the best 2014 Mustang GT for SA now also on mobile.

changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= added the car template
= added two extras from V2
= removed custom damage
= removed “plastic”part and wheel reflection
= reflection of the car body decreased by a small amount, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= reflection of other parts decreased
= retextured plate frame
= unique texture names
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
