Navistar International 9700 Car Hauler (fixed black cleo) for mobile

reflection update, material and other stuff improvements
the best International 9700 Car Hauler for SA now also on mobile. Comes with a cleo script for working upper platform and 4 cars loaded on the truck.

changes made by me:
= headlights now light up
= unique texture names
= now supports 2 colors (truck body and “trailer”) = added reflection to the truck body and “trailer” part, looks good with or without graphics mods
= decreased the reflection of other parts
= removed custom damage
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo

= detailed exterior and interior
= detailed truck parts
= has 5 extras
= cleo script for working upper platform and 4 cars loaded on the truck.
= SA colors support
= 2 color support (truck body and “trailer”)
= SA light/HQLM support
= custom shadow and collision
= custom handling
= custom vehicles.ide
= replaces PACKER
= 6.8mb dff and 4.7mb textures
