1)Replace Crispy Flakes in 24/7 outlets.
2)Using 512px texture.
Actual model may have better appearance as the screenshot quality may affected by weather, sunlight, camera angle etc.

HOW TO INSTALL - ANDROID
1. Open TXD Tool (you may download the cracked apk or buy with real money for best experience)
2. Click on the folder icon in the circle.
3. Find and open Android folder.
4. Open data folder and click com.rockstargames.gtasa
5. Open files folder to open texdb folder.
6. Click on gta_int folder.
7. Tick gta_int.txt and click Select button.
8. Click on plus (+) icon.
9. Choose From images.
10. Choose the files that you have been downloaded.
11. Choose Overwrite, Check texture raster hash.
12. Untick Enable camnorm & Reduce textures size (this resize is optional)
12. Double check the dimension size & file name.
13. Click 3 dots, choose Rebuild cache.
14. Back button to close the cache.
15. Done
