GTA IV Dundreary Stretch

- Replace stretch by default
- Scale 100%
- GTA SA plate style
- GTA IV/V dirt style on chassis and wheels
- Light LOD. Adapted Collision. Shadow. Handling and colors data strings
- IVF211: foglights, interior lights
- ENB no testing
- Damaged parts: All for this model
- SA-MP/MTA no testing

I have a lot ideas to develop, stay tuned!

I love this limousine more than GTA V version, this has interior with lights and tv screens, Albany Stretch doesn't.
