Check handling and car colors (carmods)
(make sure or the vehicle may not working good)
Check Tuning Parts (the tuning parts from sultan )
check the cleo folder
and there some textures check it

look pal all you need to do is
add the textures to vehicle.txd
in
gtasa\models\generic\vehicle.txd
and you got no problem i just do that just cuz textures is high shit
