GTA V Maibatsu Penumbra FF from DLC Los Santos Summer Special

- Replace euros by default
- GTA SA plate
- GTA IV/V dirt style on chassis
- Light LOD. Adapted Collision. All data strings
- Steering wheel
- IVF211
- VehFuncs:
* 2 classes (normal and tuning)
* Several recursice extras like front rear bumpers, roofs, seats, spoilers, etc.
- ENB no testing
- SA-MP/MTA no testing

- Thanks to Ionic8076 for help me with GTA SA reflection style tutorial.

I have a lot ideas to develop, stay tuned!

Mandatory have installed:
- Modloader
- VehFuncs
- Improved Vehicle Features 2.1.1

@Leinad uploaded my own Penumbra FF and it's on approval. You know, my Penumbra FF will have different rims, but no IVF support (as I never use IVF).
