replaces bus.dff and bus.txd by default

VehFuncs version at the time of release: v2.0 beta 25/05/20
- 3 versions:
+ IVF version (original lights)
+ San Andreas version (SA lights and dirt)
+ VehFuncs version (better utilization of wheels, cities have specific buses)
- All versions adapted to IVF
- San Andreas reflections
- San Andreas license plates
- Gas tank door
- High quality damage model
