Fixed wheels for Progen T20 GTR.

Unlocked Dff. feel free to edit, or create a livery, :3

Credit belongs to :
- Rockstar Games (Progen T20 and it's parts).
- Automan (Convert to San Andreas and an Open-Source model).

This is why the camera is really high.

I know the bug about Camera, but I can't fix it. everytime I raise the Dummy, it get more buggy, this is the best I can get. :/ sorry y'all. or maybe just wait, I'll look for other T20 model, :/ I hope they're unlocked.

ZenImogen man the camera bug is still there and i have installed the same handling with zr350 and without handling too the camera is still buggy
