i dont have HQinterior...so i can just make some LQinterior car...and im also want get some HQinterior of this car......but i will try to improve the interior

It doesn't matter who makes the mods. It depends on your RAM, Processor, and Video Card. Seems like you have some poor equipment. The Italia works fine on my junk processor. 1.2 x 2 = 2.4 GHz
