This car was originally made for GTA Underground but you can download it here.
Original car from : GTA Underground and Driver: Parallel Lines

Features:
- SA Style
- has Col, LOD and shadow.
- Colorable (Zartex only!)
- Extra (2 rear lights)
- All parts are damaged.
Installation :
- Addon : there's an id over Zartex inside "Zartex" that you can add them.
there's an id over Police Zartex inside "Police" that you can add them, use Police Car features (need Model Variations!)
there's an id over Sheriff Zartex inside "Police" that you can add them, use Ranger features (need Model Variations!)
(they need to spawn in both countryside and desert)
