Vapid Police Interceptor v2 from GTA V converted and edited to GTA San Andreas by M4k3.
Original model and textures: Rockstar Games.
There are 2 versions of this mod: ImVehFt version and SA styled version.
Features:
-Replaces SFPD cruiser (copcarsf) by default.
-Custom collision, flat shadow and LOD.
-GTA SA styled numberplates.
-Damageable parts with scratches.
-Template for paintjobs.
-Adapted for SAMP.
-Mip-mapping for some textures.
-Supports Vehicle Special Abilities (suspensions).
-Custom police lights (requires IVF).
-Paintjobs: SFPD and LVPD.
-Template is included.
ImVehFt version:
-Requires ImVehFt 2.1.0 (fully working lights, working steering wheel, brake hubs, custom colours, GTA IV styled dirt).
-Custom reflections (requires GFXhack or PS2 Reflections mod).
-Detailed interior.
-4 car colours support (body/secondary color/wheels/windows tint)
-Active Dashboard 3.2.1 support (speedometer, tachometer, gauges, odometer, digital clock and a window cleaner).
SA styled version:
-GTA SA styled reflections
-Supports (not requires) ImVehFt.
-Low DFF and TXD sizes.
-GTA SA styled scratches, lights, window damages (textures from vehicle.txd).

so the number is 13 the effects are not good because the mirrors are fixed i dont know how can i fix the shaddow or the effects on the floor the bleu side are good and the red side are not good because the shadow is white when i was play my gta v last night i see something you have to update the car one more time i will show you a photo in google+ ok

Well that's not a big problem. Just edit the .eml file with notepad.
You may see the lights have numbers. Those on mirrors are 13 and 14. They both have this color:
E0 E0 E0 80
One of them should have E0 00 00 80 and another 00 00 E0 80
But I don't remember which one exactly.

@diondwitama24, you can install all the TXD files and use cleo mod like Spraycan Paintjob or some tuning mods to change paintjobs.
If you are using SA styled version - you can edit the TXD file.
If you are using IVF version - I also can send you edited TXD file with paintjob you need.
