how to install :
> use anything mod installer that you have, but ModLoader is recomended
> Open your GTA SA directory and find file "Handling.cfg / Vehicle.ide / carcols.dat".
file location >>> GTA San andreas folder/data/......
> replace the same car setting with new sett code below.
> save file and Enjoy the game
