GREETIN' FROM VIETNAM MODDER COUMMUNITY!
this is my first ever project that attemped
remaking jefferson , the first place of cj (new game)
Shits that i do :
Props, grass, wet mud in material, water collison
NEW ! : 3d AMBIENT SOUND , BOOM ! , it;s COMPLETLY STREAM ON 3D , the sound of music , doge barkin'
Caught water splash and wet foot sound get on when you walk on wet mud surface, it's feel like the real wet mud'
sorry for my bad enbseries (cuz my pc really potato, it's only 2gb ram) so i can't give you the HD ss.
i prefer you should combine it with mmge 3 or sa renderhook. i'm pretty sure when it rain, it'll look complete immersive

Texturelibary.com , i upload that texturee on that site , he used it
Model dowload from free 3dmodel.
He dìdn’t even give creadit for those who capture the texture , why should i leave ?

1. Give credits to Ezeikel for insanity props and for props like grass and rubbish give credits to WindowsExPee.
2. Compress the textures... The mod is just nearly 80 MB.
3. Some textures are from Insanity construction Site give crediys to Ezeikel.
4. Improve texture UV.( I'm just telling this so you can improve the next mod).
5. Improve your NVC shading.
6. Use SA atmosphere brands don't use “Coca cola" and something like that.
7. Make proper col for map objects.
8. Hope this things will help u to improve your mod...
