VGSA Timecyc Updated
NEW Cloud Texture.
NEW Realistic Night.
NEW Sunrise Gradient.
NEW Sunset Gradient
NEW Water Texture + BONUS texture
ENB Relfection.
No Need Skybox.
Remove Light Reflections.
Brightens Lamppost Reflection.
Volumetric Clouds.
BONUS 3 HUD mod for 1280x720 screen.

@Most wanted172 use SAAExten 3.4 or SAAExten 4.0a Pie Support... Then use -RLP-'s Tx(If you use SAAExten 4.0a Pie Support only)
