This is R_sz ENB V2.0
* FEATURES:
- Improved bloom.
- Reconfigured shadows (costs less FPS).
- More realistic reflections.
- Added a new timecyc.

* INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply extract the ENB files into your gta san andreas directory, then reduce in-game brightness to 12 OF 16

- AND OF COURSE ME (RAIDEN_SZ).

NOTE:
- This mod is for low PC’s, not low-end

- Feel free to edit this mod
- The nest version could be the last, it would be better........BUT YOU SHOULD BE PATIENT!!! XD

That's not good to hear at all. If you're aiming for performance you should try to add car reflections, slightly blurry shadows and maybe some changes to the [COLORCORRECTION] area.

Well thanks for your advice :-)
In fact, I'm currently working on fixing some bugs, then I'll work on more effects as you said.
But it won't be ready soon cuz I'm ill :-\
